Manager Tenant Experience

Details: Housing ACT is seeking Managers to join our Tenant Experience team. These positions are responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff, clients and stakeholders on a diverse and often complex range of issues related to providing support to public housing tenants. The duties of these positions include managing the day to day operations of a busy operational area, preparing reports and statistical analysis, responding to ministerial correspondence and developing and maintaining networks and collaborative working relationships with community service organisations. The successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they have strong management and leadership skills, the ability to think strategically in a busy operational environment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Eligibility/Other Requirements: A Current Drivers Licence. Experience in using a range of IT business and office applications. Desirable, but not essential, qualifications and experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Development or a related field.
