BP’s Kwinana Refinery is one of the most modern in the southern hemisphere. It is Western Australia’s only refinery and with a capacity of 150,000 barrels of crude oil per day, it is Australia’s largest. It began operation in 1955 and since this time it has continued to grow in national and international significance, employing approximately 380 staff and, in steady-state operations, about 300 contractors. About the Opportunity
Kwinana is gearing up to tackle new, exciting challenges and therefore we are looking for candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to lead all aspects of our processing plant and oil movement operations across the site. The Process Technician roles on offer are driven around ensuring the safe and efficient operations of our refinery oil processing plant, machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a manufacturing operations environment. Specialist experience within a refinery or in oil & gas is preferable but not essential.
