Our organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

As part of this team, you will work on building a recruitment portfolio for a boutique recruitment and talent development agency.

About the role

Our organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As part of this team, you will work on building a recruitment portfolio for a boutique recruitment agency. Working in a highly successful and collaborative small team, you will be responsible for building strong working relationships with your teammates, clients and candidates in this fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Building strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Creating candidate attraction strategies.
  • Successfully placing candidates with clients.
  • Working closely with the team to source the best talent in the market.
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs.


About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience and be able to meet the below criteria.

Skills and Experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The confidence to pick up the phone and proactively approach candidates and new clients.
  • Proven ability to manage your time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to build relationships with different people and adjust your communication skills to suit your audience.
  • Previous recruitment experience (advantageous but not essential).
