Our focus is on recruiting for roles at the middle to senior leadership level which is in line with our vision of placing First Nations leaders in decision making roles.

We typically take on end-to-end recruitment exercises, covering executive, bulk and board recruitment. Our services within an end-to-end process cover talent search, assessment, shortlisting, interviewing, candidate feedback, and report finalisation. For anything outside of an end-to-end recruitment process, we are happy to discuss how we might tailor our services to match your needs.
