We are located and work from the lands of the Ngunnawal people in Canberra but recruit for roles nation-wide.

Pipeline Talent recruits for a wide range of identified and non-identified roles across government, corporate, community, not for profit and academic areas. Our focus is on recruiting for roles at the middle to senior leadership level which is in line with our vision of placing First Nations leaders in decision making roles.

When you register with us and send through your CV, our Candidate Care Coordinator will give you a call and dive deeper into your experience and what you’re looking for in a new role. From there, your profile will be circulated to the recruitment team and immediately assessed for a match with any current roles we are recruiting for. If not, we won’t forget about you! You’ll get placed in our database and we’ll routinely reach out if there are roles that you do match or simply staying connected and making sure your profile is up to date.

No - there are no costs associated for registering as a candidate. We only ask that you provide us with as much information as possible to ensure we match you with the ideal fit for your skillset and experience.

No – we accept candidates from any background. It is important to note that we specialise in First Nations recruitment, so the large majority of our clients are looking to employ First Nations candidates or candidates with an understanding of First Nations cultures, protocols, challenges and historical and societal issues.

Absolutely - candidates can apply for multiple roles. Regardless of where you exit the process, we endeavour to provide candidates with constructive feedback to ensure we are doing what we can to foster development.
